Since its debut in 2018, Pink Pearl by Olivier E. has been a fine dining restaurant in Phu Quoc , offering a 36-seat main dining hall, five elegant private rooms, and an exclusive wine-tasting salon accommodating up to 10 guests. Beginning March 16, 2025, this fine-dining destination will unveil a refined culinary concept that blends classic French tradition with Mediterranean soul, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer.
