Pink Pearl: Where maximalist design meets magnificent haute cuisine

It's said that "we eat first with our eyes". If so, Pink Pearl by Olivier E. at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa is a true feast for the senses with one of the most stunning restaurant interiors found anywhere.

Nestled within a spectacular beachfront mansion, Pink Pearl was imagined by renowned architect Bill Bensley as the former residence of Madame Pearl Collins, the wife of the Dean of Lamarck University. The resplendent pink mansion is said to have hosted lavish Great Gatsby-esque dinner parties and dazzling soirées.

Today, guests are invited to relive the opulence of the Roaring Twenties, where high ceilings, vintage chandeliers and curated antiques create a visually stunning setting to complement the classic French fine dining experience.

Since its opening in 2018, Pink Pearl has offered an intimate yet lavish venue featuring a 36-seat main dining hall, five elegant private rooms, and an exclusive wine-tasting room, each accommodating 8 to 10 guests. For those who prefer to dine under the stars, the lush garden terrace provides a breathtaking backdrop just a stone's throw from the sea.

Beginning March 16, 2025, this fine-dining jewel will unveil a refined culinary concept, masterfully blending French tradition with Mediterranean influences, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer.
