Our Story

Stepping into the lavish restored beachfront mansion bearing splendid architecture and top-notch French culinary art - where the Pink Pearl restaurant of JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa has given birth to an upscale culinary experience on Phu Quoc Island.

Designed by the accomplished architect Bill Bensley with an enthusiastic spirit and keen attention to detail, the restaurant bears the name of an amiable icon who resided in the fictional Lamarck University - Madame Pearl Collins, the Dean's lady. Legend has it that the restaurant venue, the gorgeous pink mansion, was once her home. The restaurant evokes the feeling of immersion into fabulous Gatsby's 1920s dinner parties and celebrations; while embodying the warm, hospitable, generous, and classy spirit of Madam Pearl.

Pink Pearl opened its doors in 2018 with 36 seats in the high-ceiling main dining hall, five private rooms, and an intimate wine-tasting room, each with a capability of hosting from 08 to 10 guests. Guests may also opt to dine al fresco in the outdoor garden set against a backdrop of the lush tropical foliage, expansive coastline, and aquamarine waters surrounding the property.

More than a decent dinner, a unique and unforgettable experience is the pearl Pink Pearl gives to our dearest diners.
